These Terms govern the access to and use of ParkFlo, the management software developed and supplied by Nextstep17 s.r.l., together with the related websites, portals and ancillary services.
By accessing the software, creating an account or using ParkFlo features, the customer and any authorised user acting on its behalf accept these Terms.
The customer must use ParkFlo only for lawful, professional purposes consistent with its contractual relationship with Nextstep17. Users must keep credentials confidential and promptly report any unauthorised use or security incident.
Each account is personal unless a different organisational setup has been expressly authorised. Access levels may vary according to roles, permissions and internal customer policies. Nextstep17 may suspend, restrict or revoke accounts whenever required for security reasons, misuse prevention or contractual enforcement.
Nextstep17 applies reasonable measures to preserve continuity, security and updateability of the service. Temporary interruptions may nevertheless occur because of maintenance, upgrades, vulnerabilities, infrastructure issues or events beyond the supplier's control.
Users may not reverse engineer the software except where expressly allowed by law, bypass technical security measures, gain unauthorised access, use the service for unlawful activities, upload harmful content, share credentials improperly or exploit the platform outside the applicable licence scope.
ParkFlo, its code, documentation, trademarks, interfaces and all related distinctive elements remain the exclusive property of Nextstep17 or the respective right holders. No ownership right is transferred beyond the rights expressly granted under the software licence.
The customer remains responsible for the personal and business data entered into or processed through ParkFlo, including their lawfulness, accuracy and legal basis. Nextstep17 processes such data according to the applicable contractual and privacy framework.
Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Nextstep17 is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, business interruption or data loss caused by external events, misuse, customer infrastructure or force majeure.
Nextstep17 may suspend or terminate access to the service in the event of breach of these Terms, contract expiration, non-payment, security needs or binding orders from competent authorities.
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions that may apply to the specific contractual relationship.
Nextstep17 may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical or organisational changes. The version published and linked within ParkFlo is the current version.
