Nextstep17 s.r.l. grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use ParkFlo within the scope defined by the commercial agreement, the purchased plan and this licence.
The licence authorises the use of ParkFlo only for the customer's internal operations or for the services that the customer is entitled to provide, within the limits agreed with Nextstep17. Any limits related to users, branches, managed companies, modules, APIs or deployment environments remain contractually binding.
Except where mandatory law expressly allows otherwise, the customer may not copy, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, disclose to unauthorised third parties, reverse engineer, decompile, modify or create derivative works from the software, its libraries or its documentation.
The licence covers the ParkFlo version made available by Nextstep17 and any updates, patches or ancillary components supplied within the contractual relationship. Updates may include security fixes, legal compliance changes and technical improvements.
All intellectual and industrial property rights in ParkFlo remain vested in Nextstep17 and its licensors. The customer receives only a limited right to use the software under the terms of this licence.
The customer undertakes to use the software in accordance with the documentation, security policies and applicable law. Nextstep17 may request reasonable compliance verifications if evidence of misuse or overuse arises.
The licence may be suspended or revoked in the event of a material breach of the contract or this licence, unlawful use, unauthorised access, non-payment or mandatory orders issued by competent authorities.
The customer is responsible for role configuration, credential protection, the lawful use of data and the adoption of suitable internal measures for secure platform usage.
The licence remains effective for the duration of the contractual relationship unless otherwise agreed in writing. Once the relationship ends, the right to use ParkFlo ceases, without prejudice to any agreed export, shutdown or migration procedure.
This licence is governed by Italian law, subject to any mandatory legal provisions that may apply.
