This notice applies to personal data collected by Nextstep17 s.r.l. when a prospective customer requests information, a demo, a quotation or any other commercial contact concerning ParkFlo.
The data may include name, surname, company name, job role, email address, phone number, free-text notes, information about the interest expressed in the product and technical metadata associated with the request.
Processing is based on pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject, on Nextstep17's legitimate interest in managing commercial requests and, where required, on the consent given by the data subject for further communications.
The data are used to answer the request, contact the prospect, prepare offers and keep a reasonable record of the interaction. If no contract is concluded, the data are retained for a period proportionate to the commercial purpose and internal accountability needs.
The data may be processed by authorised commercial, administrative and technical personnel and by service providers such as CRM, infrastructure or support vendors acting on behalf of Nextstep17.
Data subjects may exercise the rights granted by the GDPR using the official contact channels made available by Nextstep17.
